Late check-out is not possible. For delayed room handovers, we charge 500 CZK for every started hour.
The final cleaning of the room is included in the price. In cases of heavy soiling, such as unwashed and untidy dishes, heavily soiled beds, bedding, duvets, bathrooms, etc., a fee of 1,000 CZK will be charged.
The common room must be returned in its original impeccable condition, including cleaned dishes (cleaning and washing supplies must be provided by guests at their own expense). In case of uncleanliness, a fee of 1,500 CZK will be charged.
